We are not an agency, MBM is formed of three professional photographers and our photographic style is one of a ‘photo-journalistic’ nature, more commonly known as reportage. This style allows the day to be documented in an unobtrusive manor, capturing the magic of your day with beautiful, elegant and natural unposed pictures. We understand that most couples do not want to spend hours posing for set up pictures; this style of photography captures all the events of the day without the need for this. Of course, this can be mixed with a more traditional format that creates a perfect blend between the two styles.
We normally provide two photographers for each wedding that we cover. The advantage of this is the benefit of covering two things at the same time, plus we can capture not only candid images but any requested images without anything being sacrificed. Additionally one photographer can be dedicated for those all important requested images under the traditional banner with the reportage images being created by the other.
At our pre-wedding interview we have the opportunity to get to know your personalities and understand your desires. This helps to determine the style of photography you require. We can offer advice based on our experience so that your expectations can not only be met, but exceeded with the minimum of intrusion. You can view many complete weddings that we have covered giving you an indication of our quality and styles that are available.
You also get the added advantage of interviewing us (the photographers) directly, this is imperative when booking your wedding photographers, this allows you to feel confident and at ease with us on you wedding day.
We hold all appointments at our studio outside of normal working hours, this includes Sundays.
